Delete your LiveIn account

This page explains how to request deletion of your LiveIn account and associated personal data. LiveIn is operated by Arcada Construction LLC (info@live-in.am).

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open the LiveIn app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account (or similar) and confirm.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email info@live-in.am from the email address linked to your LiveIn account. Subject line example: “LiveIn account deletion request”. Include your full name and registered email so we can verify the account.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal account data associated with you, such as profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo), login credentials, push notification tokens, and in-app account settings.

What may be retained

Some information may be kept where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or building/management records (for example payment or service history linked to your residence). Retained data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is processed when you confirm in Settings. Email requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible after we verify your identity, typically within 30 days.
